Greetings!

Welcome to our first edition of The Universal Post! Since our first meeting to form the Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Association on November 25, 1995, now in just over one year. we have our first newsletter published! To our great Editors, Francesca Roveda and Helen McGibben, Thank You for a splendid job well done!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our Executive Committee Members for their time and effort in support of our monthly association meetings in the past year. We have accomplished much! Special thanks to our Honorary Chairman, Y. C. Chiang, for his encouragement and guidance, and to Francesca in selecting the name The Universal Post for the newsletter. Also. thanks to all of you throughout the United States in voicing your support via postcards, letters and telephone calls.

Our Goal in our quarterly newsletter is to provide the best possible source of information and references for our members, family and friends. I sincerely hope you will enjoy this historical edition of The Universal Post.
