Secretary

Objective: To maintain records of meetings and decisions made therein. 

Term: Two Years   

Responsibilities:

§      Attend all meetings,

§      record and prepare minutes of meetings,

§      distribute minutes to all board members,

§      revise minutes according to board decisions,

§      work on committees as assigned/volunteer,

§      help plan and coordinate the yearly conference,

§      be willing to write for the UP,

§      other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Working knowledge of chapter bylaws, good record keeping, good note taking, ability to work as part of a team.

Average Time Commitment: Six hours per month.

Benefits: Gain experience in building and working with committees, improve meeting management skills, gain experience that can be used on the job.
