   1. Conduct monthly meetings
   2. Schedule meetings
   3. Prepare agenda
   4. Follow general procedures for meeting including voting on topics and issues
   5. Control flow of meeting
2. Teachers Certification
   1. Send letters
   2. Sign & Send certificates with appropriate attachments
3. Conference
   1. Oversee
   2. Greet
   3. Conduct General Membership meeting
   4. Conduct Board meeting
4. UP
   1. Presidents letter
5. Develop a plan of action for your term
   1. Short term, things to get done in 3-6 months
   2. Mid-term, things to get done in 12 months
   3. Long term, things to get done in 2 years
