The Board Of Directors encourages input from the membership about possible sessions to include in the annual conference. So, you may use this form for the following:

To propose a topic that you wish to present
To make a suggestion that you would like to see covered
To suggest a presenter for the board to contact about participating in our annual event

Because it will be used by the Board to help evaluate proposals and build a balanced conference schedule, it is important that you complete the form fully, accurately, and provide as much detail as possible about your proposal. This will help insure the Program Committee has the information necessary to make a good determination about the relevance of the proposal to the current conference goals, as well as, to be able to judge the best place in the schedule to place the session. Trying to make certain there is a balance of activities for practitioners at all levels is a high priority so please keep that in mind when making your submission. Due to space and time limitations we will be able to offer only a limited number of highly restricted workshops.
